LATRICE STORE collects the information needed to process your order and answer your questions: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order history.

Payment card details are entered on our payment provider's secure hosted checkout. They are not stored in our application database, and our staff cannot see full card numbers.

We use your email address to send order and shipping notifications, and — only if you subscribe — occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us operate the store: payment processing, email delivery and hosting. We do not sell customer data.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@latricestore.shop. We may retain order records where required for accounting and tax purposes.

This policy describes our current practices and may be updated as the store develops.
